Digital Presence Management

For public-facing organizations, digital visibility is rarely dependent on one platform alone. A neglected website, inconsistent social channels, or disconnected messaging can make even active institutions appear quiet. The challenge was to keep multiple online platforms moving in sync—so that audiences encountering the organization anywhere would find a clear, current, and recognizable public presence.

The Strategy
Rather than treating website updates, social posts, event pages, and digital announcements as separate tasks, the work was approached as one integrated visibility system. Public essays, fellowship updates, upcoming events, campaign messaging, and institutional news were distributed across platforms with attention to timing, readability, and message consistency. The goal was sustained online activity rather than sporadic bursts of promotion.

Execution
Klara managed backend website publishing, formatted and uploaded essays, built event and RSVP pages, edited web copy, and oversaw regular content distribution across four social and digital platforms. This included coordinating promotional graphics, public announcements, feature highlights, and platform-specific messaging that kept institutional communications aligned across web, email, and social channels.

Results
Maintained an average of 15+ monthly website updates, supported content management across digital platforms reaching 5,000+ followers, and helped create a more consistent and visible online presence for recurring institutional programming.
