The Challenge
Strong writing changes depending on where it needs to land. Advocacy organizations need public-facing language that can make dense information feel urgent and readable, while digital marketing campaigns need content built for discoverability, retention, and conversion. Across both environments, the challenge remained the same: write in ways that meet audiences where they already are.
The Strategy
Rather than treating writing as isolated deliverables, the work was shaped around audience behavior. Policy-heavy reporting was translated into narrative-driven articles and concise campaign messaging, while client-facing digital content was developed through keyword research, search intent, and readability strategies that improved online performance.
Execution
Klara produced feature articles, blog posts, newsletter copy, website copy, email campaigns, and social media messaging across simultaneous institutional and commercial projects. She managed editorial deadlines, adapted tone across different audiences, and used analytics tools such as Google Analytics to refine digital content performance.
Results
Produced five public-facing advocacy editorials, supported national messaging campaigns, and developed SEO-informed digital content that improved discoverability, audience retention, and campaign effectiveness across client platforms.
