Literary Work

Klara’s literary work is drawn to the unstable spaces between home and elsewhere, love and performance, ambition and private longing. Often writing across Nigerian and diasporic settings, she is interested in the emotional bargains people make in order to belong, to be desired, or simply to keep moving.
